Terrence Woods is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of Oregon. Since 2018, he has led Enterprise Information Services, serving as the state’s senior information resources management official and overseeing IT operations, budgets, and projects to support statewide government technology functions. He also serves as Chair of the Board for Link Oregon.
